This listing secures a spot for you to receive a custom embroidery design and a competitive quote for making it into a high quality physical product that we ship right to your door! No minimum quantity!

After you place your order, just send us your design through Etsy messages, along with the size you want and any changes you'd like (like shape or colors) with no maximum number of colors.

If your idea is a bit complicated or you have a photo of something specific, please reach out to us first, and we’ll be glad to assist!

Once we get your design and confirm the size, colors, and other details, we’ll start working on transforming it into a digitized file. This usually takes about 3-5 business days as we redraw the piece by hand without the aid of auto-digitizers or AI to ensure the absolute highest quality. We're a small team (2 people working directly out of our apartment in the PNW) but we work hard to make sure all of our pieces live up to our high standard.

After it's done, we'll send you a screenshot of the digitized design for you to check and let us know if you want any changes.

Once everything is set, we’ll send you the digital file in a format you prefer and provide a quote for making a physical version.

The price will depend on the stitch count, materials, and colors used. Creating the physical product typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on its size, complexity, and how many patches you order. We will also send a picture of the finished product for final approval for shipping out.
